Who Is Connectionz
Connectionz is a First Nations-led employment support program designed to help people build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed for lasting success in the workforce.
We go beyond simply helping people find jobs. Our focus is on sustainable employment—supporting participants to stay in work by strengthening the everyday skills that matter most. From communication and teamwork to reliability and problem-solving, we equip people with the tools employers value.
Participants also gain hands-on experience using digital tools, including AI for job searching, resumes, and navigating online job platforms in today’s evolving employment landscape.
